DIOGO CARVALHO E ALEXIS SANTOS ALREADY ARE IN RIO 2016

Diogo Carvalho and Alexis Santos, two of the best Portuguese swimmers already achieved the minimum A, in the 200 styles for the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.

The marcs that guarantee their participation in the Olympic Gameswere achieved on the Portugal National Championships held on the first weekend of April in the city of Coimbra.

These swimmers make regularly their preparation in the Rio Maior Sports Centre at  High Performance Swimming Centre. Since it was established in Rio Maior the High Performance Swimming Centre has become the perfect place for the best Portuguese athletes.

In 2015, for almost the entire month of March Diogo Carvalho made the preparation in Rio Maior, while Alexis Santos also chose Rio Maior for their preparation, although for a shorter period of time. Both enjoyed the multiple valences that the High Performance Centre Swimming Centre provides.
