DIOGO CARVALHO WINS MEDAL FOR PORTUGAL

Two Portuguese Swimmers had great performances in the 18th European Short Course Championships, held in Israel  between 2 and 6 December, 2015.

Diogo Carvalho won the bronze medal in the 200m medley with a great time of 1.53.45  and a new record for the Portuguese Swim. The swimmer from  Galitos Team  completed the race and won the only medal for Portugal in the 18th European Short Course Championships.

The young swimmer Victoria Kaminskaya broke two records of Portugal. First in the in the 400m medley with 4.38.72 and then had a new record in the 200m medley with 2.12.37.

Both of this athletes make their preparation in the High Performance Swimming Centre based in the Desmor – Rio Maior Sports Centre.
