DUARTE AND PÂMELLA WON THE LISBON HALF MARATHON

On the 9th December Pâmella Oliveira and Duarte Marques won the Lisbon Half Marathon.

This triathletes daily make their preparation in the Rio Maior Sports Complex. Duarte Marques is actually one of the best Portuguese triathletes. He was born in Rio Maior, being actually part of the Rio Maior Sports Complex technical team, together with the coach Sérgio Santos.

This participation in the Half Marathon was part of their training plans for triathlon competitions.

Duarte Marques finished the race with a time of 1:13:44, while Pâmella Oliveira, a triathlete "Project Rio Maior 2016," finished with a time of 1:24:54.

In the next few days Pâmella will travel to Brazil were she will be distinguished by the Brazilian Olympic Committee has the best 2012 Brazilian triathlete.
