IN RIO MAIOR ON THE WAY TO THE CHAMPIONSHIP

The Portugal National Swimming Team is in Rio Maior in a training camp for the 32th European Swimming Championships held in Berlim, between 18th and 24th August.

One of the swimmers in the group is Pedro Oliveira, born in Rio Maior 26 years ago. Pedro will compete in 50m, 100m, 200m backstroke and 200m butterfly.

The best portuguese swimmers are making the preparation with all the equipments in the High Swimming Performance Centre of Rio Maior, using the Olympic pool, the gym and recovery services.

The portuguese swimmers are Victoria Kaminskaya, Alexis Santos, Carlos Almeida, Diogo Carvalho, Nuno Oliveira and Pedro Quintanilla leaded in the preparation by the National Technical Director, José Manuel Borges, the Deputy David Ferro and invited coaches Carlos Cruchinho, Elio Terrível, Rodrigo Batista, José Machado and João Mendes.
