NEW BASKET TEAM IN RIO MAIOR

Held on Sunday, 3rd November, in Rio Maior, the presentation of the RM Basket West a senior basketball team . In Rio Maior this new sports project involves various entities of the Portugal center region, but will be being based in our Sports Centre.

The public presentation was attended by the Mayor of Rio Maior, Isaura Morais , the Councillor for Sports , Candoso Lopes  and the President of Rio Maior Sports Centre Carlos Coutinho. The SL Benfica u20 team was the invited team for the exhibition game of the new team.
