MOZAMBIQUE MINISTRY OF SPORTS IN RIO MAIOR

Representatives of the Mozambique government visited the Rio Maior Sports Centre last 20th of January. The Minister of Youth and Sports, Pedrito Caetano, the President of the Mozambique Olympic Committee, Marcelino Macome and Mozambique's Sports General Manager, Inácio Bernardo, visited Rio Maior in their European tour.

Gathering supports for the African Games that will be held in  Maputo this year, they took a tour of the Rio Maior Sports Complex hosted by Isaura Morais, Chairman of Desmor's Board of Directors and Mayor of Rio Maior, and Carlos Coutinho, Desmor's Executive Director. After knowing all the facilities and the way they are run it was time for a visit to the Rio Maior Sports Science School.

This visit had full colaboration of the Portuguese Olympic Committee, Desmor's long time associate and also responsable by the Rio Maior Olympic Preparation Centre.
