RIO MAIOR RACE WALKER WITH GREAT RESULTS

In the past weekend, on Saturday, June 1st, the Rio Maior race walkers achieved again outstanding results in international competitions. In the Corunna Race Walking International Grand Prix, Challenge of the International Federation (IAAF), Inês Henriques was the winner, showing once again that crosses one of the best parts of his career.

The athlete from Rio Maior made the 20 Kms in 1:29:30 hours, beating his personal by six seconds, continuing to lead the IAAF Challenge 2013.

Vera Santos finished in fourth with 1:31:00, his best mark this season.

João Vieira in the men finished second. After the victory at the Rio Maior International Grand Prix made again an excellent result.
