SIGNATURE OF FINANCING PROTOCOLS OF HIGH PERFORMANCE CENTERS

A ceremony, dedicated to the signature of financing protocols was held on 23 November at the Municipal Library of Nazaré. It was attended by representatives of the municipalities and managers of sport centres, who were candidates to get this financial support, as well as presidents of several sport federations.

The mayor of Rio Maior, Isaura Morais, the Sports Councillor of Rio Maior, João Lopes Candoso, the CEO of Desmor, Diva Cobra, and José Sacadura, director of the Rio Maior High Performance Swimming Centre were also present on behalf of the town of Rio Maior. The President of the Sports Foundation, Carlos Marta and the President of the Portuguese Institute of Sports and Youth, Augusto Baganha also attended the ceremony.
