THE EVOLUTION OF OUR YOUNG SWIMMERS

On June 7th held in Rio Maior the last round of the V Swimming Schools Circuit. Our team was represented by 28 young swimmers leaded by the coaches Ana Marques and Rui Felix.

The main goal of this team aims the continuation of the work done in previous years, by creating training habits, training in spirit team, developing physical and psychological capacities, but also the opportunity to live new experiences, especially in competitive environment . The aim is also that young swimmers will be motivated and develop a taste for competition.
