GYMNASIUM
From exercise bikes to wheigts the Rio Maior Sports Centre Gymnasium holds all the equipment needed for the athletes proper training.
Equipped with air conditioning the gymnasium also hold 3 power evalutation ergometers designed to mesure the athletes capabilities.
The Sports Centre has 2 other gymnasiums, onde devoted to swimming, located inside the pool complex, and another devoted to track athletics, located on the Stadium.
We have very recently acquired new sports equipment, which guarantees that the technical teams can have a greater range of options for training, according to more modern and demanding methodologies in the physical preparation. In our gym now wave a modern airbike, a set of blazepods and bicycle rollers for indoor training.
