RMSC DISTINGUISHED WITH THE GENDER EQUALITY IN SPORT SEAL

The Portuguese Institute of Sport and Youth (IPDJ) and the Commission for Citizenship and Gender Equality (CIG) awarded Desmor EM, SA the Gender Equality in Sport Seal.

This is another recognition of the quality of services provided to national and international sports. This acknowledgment reaffirms the importance of concrete actions that promote gender equality in sport, highlighting Desmor's role as an agent of change in society, contributing to a more inclusive and equal sport. It is the result of an evaluation of internal initiatives for employees, as well as external initiatives directed at entities linked to the sector, namely: sports federations, clubs and sports associations, sports-promoting associations, practitioner clubs, and other entities involved in the sports field.

The award of the Seal was decided after evaluating a submitted application, which, with a minimum score of 16 points across various criteria, resulted in Desmor's application being successfully completed with a total of 21 points.

The Gender Equality in Sport Seal is valid for two consecutive years.
